Welcome back to XENsights, your monthly look at the latest enhancements to the XEN Platform. This month, we've focused on delivering improvements to streamline your underwriting and operations workflows, driven by your valuable feedback.
Prospect Document Details Page
A new dedicated document analysis page is available within the application evaluation flow. For each uploaded document, users can view a document preview, extracted information fields, and an authenticity analysis. Driver license and financial documents include authenticity signal analysis. This change consolidates document review into a single page rather than requiring users to navigate between multiple tools.
Hide Reviewed Risk Alerts
Underwriters working through risk alerts on a prospect can now mark alerts as reviewed and hide them from the active list. This helps reduce visual clutter during underwriting so teams can focus on unreviewed items without losing track of work that's already been addressed.
