Platform updates - November 2025
In this edition of XENsights, we highlight significant enhancements focused on user control and transparency. We’ve added more self-service options and improved the way risk data is presented to your underwriting teams.
Self-Service Tenant Timezone Settings
Platform administrators can now configure the timezone for their XEN instance. This affects how dates and times are displayed across the platform, ensuring that reports, payment dates, and other time-sensitive data are shown in the correct local time for the organization's operations.
Payment Multiselect with Running Totals
When processing payments, users can now apply multiple payments against the same invoice at once and see a running total of the selected amounts alongside the payment action type. This makes it faster to prepare payment batches and verify totals before submitting.
Risk Alert Details Pages
Dedicated detail pages are now available for all major risk alert types: information verification, criminal records, lien judgments, UCC filings, person watchlist matches, and bankruptcy filings. Each page surfaces the raw data behind the alert in an easier to read view so underwriters can quickly make informed decisions without leaving the platform.
