Platform updates - January 2026

Happy New Year! For our first XENsights of 2026, we’ve launched major infrastructure improvements for core data visibility and redesigned the prospect underwriting experience for maximum speed and efficiency.

New Data Visibility Tables (Invoices, Schedules, and Funding Requests)

We rebuilt the core table infrastructure for Invoices, Invoice Schedules, and Funding Requests. This includes a modern, high-performance table design with:

  • Fuzzy Match Search: Find invoices even with partial or approximate invoice numbers;

  • Advanced Filtering and Sorting: Consistent column-level filters and sortable columns across all three tables;

  • Quick Pagination: Better handling for large portfolios;

  • Funding Requests Table: Now includes an actions column for quick operations, a created date column, and defaults to showing requests pending approval.

Prospect Underwriting Page Overhaul

The underwriting section of a prospect application has been redesigned with a new tabbed layout. Each risk category (bankruptcy filings, criminal records, lien judgments, UCC filings, watchlist matches, and identity verification) now has its own dedicated tab with a focused data card, making it faster to navigate and review each area during underwriting.

"Not Applicable" Option for Application Fields

Applicants can now select "N/A" on application form fields that don't apply to their situation, rather than being required to enter a value or leave fields blank. This reduces friction during the application process.

Backdating Calculation Helper

A calculation helper is now available for computing backdated fees, assisting operations staff who need to apply fees retroactively with accurate calculations.

Application-Specific Checklists

Checklists can now be associated with specific application versions, in addition to tenant-level global checklists. This allows teams to track application-specific requirements (e.g., additional conditions for a particular type of deal) separately from a standard onboarding checklist.

Thank You for Choosing XEN

We’re excited for the efficiencies these major platform updates will bring to your team. To discuss implementation or training on these new table and underwriting features, just give us a buzz.
