June's focus was on making notes a real collaboration tool for your team — giving you a way to loop in the right person and keep track of what still needs a response.
Tag Teammates in Notes
You can now @-mention teammates directly within application and deal notes. The tagged teammate gets a notification, so nothing gets missed in a long note thread — no more separate messages or copy-pasting just to loop someone in.
Assign Notes with Due Dates
Notes can now be assigned to a specific teammate with a due date, turning a note into a trackable follow-up. Your team can see who owns what and when it's due, and clear a follow-up once it's resolved.
