This month, XENsights brings you updates centered on application flexibility and performance tracking. These features empower your teams to manage referrals, handle ad-hoc document requests, and monitor pipeline health more effectively.
Referral Commissions Table
A new commissions table is available on the referrals (broker) management page. This table shows a summary of earned commissions per referral partner, giving management a clear view of referral partner performance and payables.
Ad-Hoc Application Documents
Sales and underwriting teams can now request additional documents from applicants at any stage of the application process, outside of the standard required document list. Applicants receive a notification and can upload the requested documents directly through their portal, supporting more flexible underwriting workflows.
Progress Bar on Application Dashboard
The application dashboard now displays a progress bar for each in-progress application, showing how complete the application is based on required information and documents submitted. This provides sales and operations teams with an at-a-glance status view across their pipeline.
