Platform updates - April 2026
Read on for the latest XEN enhancements in our April update. Our focus this month was on reducing administrative friction, specifically by streamlining notification and e-signing workflows.
New Document Sent Notification Type
A new "document sent" email notification has been added, which automatically notifies configured internal parties when signing documents have been dispatched to signers. This further reduces the need for manual status update communications.
Resend Signing Documents
From the signing documents page, users can now resend a signing request to the signer(s) directly — for example, if the original email was missed or expired — without needing to create an entirely new document request. This reduces friction in the e-signing workflow.
